Both Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows can achieve a U-Value of 1.2 W/m²K with double glazing and a U-Value of 0.7 W/m²K with triple glazing.
Customisation Options
We offer a variety of colours for both our Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows. Both windows can be painted in dual colours so that the exterior colour is different to the interior colour. This is ideal for design-savvy homeowners who would like to match the inside and outside of their windows to the inside and outside of their homes.

Our Residence 7 windows are available in 20 colours including Irish Oak, Golden Oak, English Oak, Vintage Cream, No. 38 Grey, Chalk White, Rosewood, No. 10 Black, Eclectic Grey, Corse Lawn, Painswick, Cotswold Green, Clotted Cream, and Grained White. Our Residence 7 windows can be painted in different colours on the inside and outside. The Residence 7 windows also come with three different glazing bead options and can be customised with monkey tail or pear drop handles, which are available in nine colours.
Residence 9 Customisation
Our Residence 9 windows come in 23 different colours including Silvered Oak, Irish Oak, English Oak, No. 10 Black, Eclectic Grey, Corse Lawn, Painswick, Cotswold Green, Cotswold Biscuit, Clotted Cream, and Grained White. Our Residence 9 windows can be painted different colours on the inside and outside and can be personalised with regal handles, peg stays, Georgian bars, or a weather bar for periodic allure.

How do I maintain the windows?
Our Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows are low maintenance – a simple wipe clean with hot soapy water is all you need to keep your windows in good condition.
Do your Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows come with butt hinges?
You can opt-in to have butt hinges for both our Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows. You can choose between functional and dummy butt hinges for an authentic periodic appearance.
How are Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows energy efficient?
Both windows have excellent energy ratings due to their heat-trapping chambers. While most window frames have three or five chambers, Residence 7 windows have seven chambers and Residence 9 windows have nine. These extra chambers also provide better security and acoustic performance for your Suffolk or Essex home.
What is the difference between Residence 7 and Residence 9 windows?
Both windows look identical from the outside and consist of a perfectly flush interior. The Residence 7 window is 75mm front to back and is fully flush on the inside. However, the Residence 9 window is 100mm front to back and is decorative on the inside around the window frame.
