Key Features
Fire & Moisture Resistant
The planks we use for our cladding are able to withstand the effects of various weather conditions, such as heat and dampness. Our planks used for cladding will not ignite even when exposed to extreme heat or a direct flame. As a result, our cladding planks have a fire classification of A2-s1, d0, the highest possible fire rating for a coloured facade board.
Low Maintenance
The paint we use for our cladding planks withstands UV rays better because of engineering. Due to this engineered paint, our cladding is resistant to fading and does not need to be regularly repainted.
Customisation Options
We offer 21 different colours, so you can choose a colour that will suit the rest of your home. Our planks also come in a wood-effect finish for a more traditional style and a sleek finish for a modern, minimalist look. Why Get Cladding?
Cladding offers several benefits that make it a wise investment. As cladding is essentially a second skin for your Suffolk or Essex property, it provides your property with better insulation and prevents excess absorption. The initial cost of paying for cladding will end up paying itself off through the reduced energy bills you may see. Cladding also acts as protection for your house against things such as UK weather.

FAQ’s
What is cladding?
Cladding is a layer that is attached to the outside walls. They protect the building from water and the weather, provide noise and thermal insulation, and are fire resistant. Cladding on your Suffolk or Essex home essentially acts as an extra layer of skin and as a protective barrier against various factors.
Do I need cladding?
It is highly recommended for a building to have cladding as it offers protection against several different variables. Cladding can also increase the value of your home not only because it provides an extra layer of protection and insulation for your property, but also because it may increase the aesthetic appeal of your property.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we do! For some samples of the planks that we use for our cladding, please contact a member of our friendly team!
Do I need planning permission for cladding?
In most instances, you do not need to apply for planning permission to add external cladding to your property as long as the materials you are using look similar to the ones already used in your property. However, you will need planning permission if your property is an A-listed building, or is in a conservation area, national park, area of outstanding beauty, or the broads. You also may not be able to clad flats and maisonettes. If you are unsure about whether your property needs planning permission, contact your local planning authority to check.

Do I need building regulations approval for cladding?
Building regulations approval may be required when replacing the cladding on your property. If 25% or more of the external wall is being re-clad, regulations will usually apply. The cladding must also meet fire safety standards, so combustible cladding cannot be used in certain situations. Fortunately, the planks we use for our cladding are non-combustible so you won’t have to worry about meeting fire safety standards.
How much is cladding?
It is challenging to say the exact pricing of your cladding. There are a lot of variables that affect the price of cladding. To give you a quote, we will need information such as the size, the style, your approximate location in Suffolk, Essex, or the surrounding area, and any additional information. For a quote, contact us on 01473 944914 or use our online quoting system for more details.
